Ninety minutes, on your actual work. You leave with one identified leverage area, the specific shape of the intervention that would realize it, and a written summary the next morning. If we don't find a real leverage area and the right next step — you don't pay.
Discovery is not a sales call. It's a paid ninety-minute working session where the work of the engagement actually begins. We walk through two things: the known business problems and opportunities, and the way your actual week currently happens.
Most of the value arrives in the second part. The workflow is where leverage usually hides, and it's the part people almost never get a serious outside eye on. By the end of the session, the highest-leverage place in your work is named specifically, along with the exact shape of the intervention that would realize it.
Then one of three things happens: we schedule the work, we decide there isn't enough here yet, or we identify a narrower pass that's needed first. In all three cases, you leave with the map.
If, by the end of the ninety minutes, we have not found a real leverage area in your work and the right shape of the next step, one of two things happens at your choice: a second session at no cost, or a full refund. No arguing.
This isn't a marketing flourish. It's the economic line we hold because it's the only way to keep the session honest. A paid session with a real guarantee produces actual work. A free "call" produces performance.
"A real leverage area and the right next step, or you don't pay."
Held for every Discovery session since this was the model.
If you're not sure which side you're on, start with the Diagnostic. It's free, it takes seven minutes, and it's a cleaner way to find out.
