§ The Hire — Specified
What follows is the whole offer. One session, fixed scope, fixed price, stated outcome, specific guarantee. The bluntness is intentional — it is the one place where the publication’s voice gives way to the voice of the work itself.
Leverage Discovery
A single paid session · Ninety minutes · $1,500
By the end of the session, we will have named one leverage area worth acting on and the right next step to act on it — or I will continue with you at no cost until we do, or refund you.
Five movements. No theatre.

01
First 10 minutes
We orient. What you are trying to improve. What you already know is broken. What “good” would look like. An up-front contract on how the session will end — yes, no, or one more narrower pass.
-
02
Next 25 minutes
Known pain and known desire — four layers each. Operational, economic, emotional, and identity. What is costing real time and money. What you are quietly sick of. What you are reaching for that you have not yet put into a sentence.
-
03
Next 30 minutes
Workflow walkthrough. One real thing from your week, end to end. How it actually happens today, including the parts you hold in your head and the parts you avoid. This is where hidden leverage usually appears.
-
04
Next 15 minutes
Reflection and agreement. I say back where the leverage appears to be, in language that can be verified against your reality. We disagree, adjust, and disagree again until either a shared sentence holds — or we agree it does not yet.
-
05
Final 10 minutes
Decision. We name the next step and its shape — Workflow Upgrade, System Build, Hybrid, or no continuation. You decide: yes, no, or not yet. Whichever it is, the ninety minutes were not wasted.
If by the end of the ninety minutes we have not found a meaningful leverage area and the right next step, I will either continue with you at no cost until we do, or refund the session in full. This is stated in every engagement.
Stated because omission would imply otherwise.
- Not a sales call.
- Not a free fit-check disguised as a sales call.
- Not a course, a framework, or a methodology presentation.
- Not a subscription, retainer, or package entry-point.
- Not the beginning of a long commitment — it is one bounded session that either earns a next step or does not.
