The person behind the practice
I am Jonathan Leung. I work with founder-led operators on the specific places in their businesses where a change in how the work is done would matter most — and with AI, almost always, as the medium through which that change is now realized.
My view of the work: the point is not AI, and the point is not teaching. The point is leverage — the deliberate location of one real place where a change would compound, and the realization of that change in the actual work. Everything else follows from that. The form of the engagement, the shape of the teaching (if any), the nature of the build (if any), the fee. Leverage sets the size of the work. Risk sets the structure of it.
The owners I do my best work with are serious about growth, willing to change how they work rather than talk about changing, and doing work whose amplification would matter to them and to people around them. They tend to arrive either leaning forward, already reaching, or holding their breath, quietly uncertain whether this era is still theirs. In either case, they are met as already capable, because they are.
I do not take everyone. I do not want to. The practice is small on purpose, and the engagements I take are the ones where the work has a chance of producing real movement in real work. Most of what gets called consulting is a poor fit for this shape; most of what gets called AI education is worse. This is neither of those things.
The first step is a paid Leverage Discovery session. The details are here.
