Leverage Discovery

The first step into the work. A paid ninety-minute session with a specific outcome and a guarantee.

What it is

Leverage Discovery is the first piece of real work we do together. It is not a sales call. It is not a free strategy consultation. It is not a fit check. It is a deliberate, structured session designed to locate one real leverage area in the business and agree on the right form of intervention for it.

What happens in the session

  1. Diagnose the business. Not a general audit — a deliberate look at what is painful, what is underused, what matters most, and where attention is currently being spent.
  2. Walk through one real workflow, start to finish. The way it actually happens, not the way it is supposed to happen.
  3. Locate where leverage is hiding. It is often not where it appears to be.
  4. Reach conceptual agreement on the leverage area, what the improved condition looks like, how we would recognize success, and what it is worth.
  5. Recommend the right form of the next step. Workflow Upgrade, System Build, Hybrid, or sometimes no next step at all.

The fee

USD 2,500 · single ninety-minute session, payable in advance.

The fee is a seriousness signal and a fair exchange. The session is real work, and it produces a real artifact: a clear leverage area, a clear recommendation, and a short written summation of the conceptual agreement reached.

The guarantee

If by the end of the session no meaningful leverage area and right next step have emerged, one of two things happens: the session continues, at no cost, until they do — or the fee is refunded in full.

The guarantee exists because Discovery is designed to produce a specific outcome. If it does not produce that outcome, the fee is not earned.

What comes after

Within twenty-four hours of the session, a short written summation of the conceptual agreement arrives — the leverage area, the improved condition desired, the evidence of success, and the value of getting it right — along with the cleanest path forward.

If an engagement follows, it is priced from the value of the change, not from hours. Options are presented: three paths to the same agreed objective, the lowest of which still meets the objective. The engagement is the client's to choose.

If no engagement follows, the Discovery session still produced value: a clear read on where leverage actually lives in the business, and what it would take to realize it. That is worth having regardless of who does the work.
