AI Leverage
The 90-Minute Leverage Diagnostic

Find the one place
in your business
where AI would
actually matter.

Then realize it. A 90-minute working session with Jonathan. By the end: one leverage area named clearly, one clear path forward. If we don't find it, you don't pay.

Most founder-led businesses are underusing AI — and don't know where the leverage is.

Why this is

You have read the threads. You have tried the tools. You have probably paid for a course or two. Your team has opened a hundred browser tabs. Something has clicked in places. Most of it hasn't.

The problem is not that you need more AI information. The problem is that the unit of learning is not the lesson. The unit of learning is you, inside your actual work. Until someone looks at how your business actually runs — where time disappears, where decisions slow down, where the founder is still holding too much in their head — the generic stuff can't land.

The Diagnostic exists for one reason: to find the single place where a change would matter most, and to show you what that change looks like when it lands. Ninety minutes. One real leverage area named. Or you don't pay.

Three kinds of leverage hiding in plain sight.

Every Diagnostic is custom. But after running dozens of these, the leverage usually resolves into one of three shapes.

01 / Workflow leverage

The work is too manual or too founder-held.

Proposals, research synthesis, lead follow-up, inbox triage, decision bottlenecks. AI can take real weight off — but only when the workflow is redesigned around it, not bolted onto the side.

02 / System leverage

Something concrete needs to exist.

An internal knowledge base that actually answers. A draft-and-review loop that holds up under pressure. A repeatable intake that stops bleeding time. A built thing, delivered, in use.

03 / Capability leverage

You want to become able to do this yourself.

Not outsourced. Not dependent on a vendor. A founder who, six months from now, is thinking with these tools natively — and their judgment is the compounding asset.

The 90-Minute Leverage Diagnostic.

A single working session with Jonathan — done once, not ongoing. You leave with the leverage area named, the value case built in your own numbers, and a clear next step. Or you leave with your money back.

The No-Leverage Guarantee

If we don't find real leverage,
you don't pay.

By the end of the 90 minutes, we will have identified one real leverage area worth acting on and the cleanest way to act on it. If we haven't — either I'll continue at no cost in a second session until we do, or I'll refund you in full. Your call, not mine.

Jonathan

A 12-person agency — before and after the Diagnostic.

I came in thinking the problem was our lead follow-up. Forty-five minutes in, Jonathan was asking about our proposal process. I realized I was rewriting every proposal myself because I didn't trust what the team produced.

Three weeks after the session, I was spending zero hours on proposals. We closed two I wouldn't have gotten to. Conservative first-year attributable value: $115,000. The Diagnostic cost $2,000.

Agency Founder · 12-person team · Engaged for Applied Leverage (Apply path)
Value driver (reconstructed with the client, using their numbers) Annual value
8 staff × 4 hrs/wk saved × $60 loaded × 52 wks × 70% realistic adoption $69,888
Founder time recovered (6 hrs/wk × $200/hr × 52 wks) $62,400
Rework reduced (20 cycles/mo × 1.5 hrs × $60/hr × 12 mo) $21,600
Faster proposals → 2 extra wins/qtr × $15k gross profit $120,000
Raw annual value $273,888
Confidence factor (70%) × Attribution factor (60%) × 0.42
Conservative attributable first-year value $115,033

This is the real math. Built in the session, with the client's own numbers. Not a claim you have to take on faith — a case you can walk through line by line.

Why the calendar is this small.

Diagnostics per month

One-to-one with Jonathan. There is no team. There is no funnel. The calendar is the constraint.

When the month is full, the next month opens. No urgency invented for the page — the constraint is the constraint.

Most consulting is priced by the hour, sold by the month, and structured around dependence.

This is priced by the leverage, sold by the outcome, and structured around you becoming more capable.

What people ask first.

What if I don't know where my leverage is?
That is exactly what the Diagnostic is for. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis. You arrive with the real work — proposals, workflows, decisions that feel slow — and we find it together.
What if the answer is "there is no real leverage here"?
Then we stop there cleanly, and the session is on me. That is what the guarantee means. Forcing fake leverage to avoid a refund is the opposite of the work.
Is this AI consulting?
AI is often the medium. The leverage is the point. Sometimes the answer uses AI heavily; sometimes it barely uses it. The question is always: where does a change matter? — not: where can we bolt on AI?
How is this different from hiring an AI coach or consultant?
Coaches teach. Consultants advise. Both stop short of the real work. This collapses the stack: we think, plan, redesign, and build in the same loop, tied to one specific leverage area. And the second stage — Applied Leverage — has a service guarantee: I keep working until the named outcome is in use.
Do I need a specific problem in mind before booking?
No. Often the most useful Diagnostics start with "things feel slower than they should, and I don't know where." The walkthrough surfaces it.
What happens after the Diagnostic?
If there is a real next step, a short proposal arrives within 24 hours — with one to three options for Applied Leverage. If there isn't a next step, the Diagnostic stands on its own, and you leave with the leverage map anyway.
