What happens inside the 90 minutes

Roughly: a short orientation, then diagnosis — the business side and the workflow side — then a walk-through of a real example of how the work happens today, then a synthesis of what the leverage looks like, then a conversation about whether and how to act on it.

By the end we should have one of three outcomes: one leverage area worth acting on and the right next step named; a decision that there is not enough here to act on; or a decision that one narrower pass is needed before anything bigger.

What happens after

Within 24 hours you receive a short written summary of what we found and the recommended next move.

Applied Leverage — the real work after Discovery — takes one of three forms depending on what the leverage calls for.
