Where a change would actually matter

Most founder-led businesses have one or two places where AI would actually matter — lead follow-up, proposal flow, research synthesis, a founder bottleneck that eats the week. And thirty other places where it would not. The work is finding which, then changing it in a real way.

There is usually one place where a real change here would open several others. That place is what we are looking for. Once it is found, the question is no longer how to understand AI. The question is how this part of the work should run now.

What this is

This is consulting in the form that makes sense when AI is the medium. Diagnosis, redesign, and implementation. You pay for the first session — it is a working session, not a free call. We agree on what is worth changing. Then we do it.

The one thing that is not standard here: teaching, workflow redesign, and implementation do not run as separate stages. They collapse into one piece of work, because in this domain you can no longer cleanly separate them. You learn while doing. You redesign while learning. You build while teaching. Capability transfers while real value is produced.

The shift underneath

English is the new programming language. The interface to software and intelligence is becoming natural language, which means the bottleneck in most founder-led businesses is moving. Less about technology access. More about judgment, clarity, workflow design, and the ability to think with these systems inside real work.

That shift is already underway, whether a given business has named it or not. The question is less whether to meet it and more where, in your specific work, meeting it would matter most.

How the work tends to go

1. Leverage Discovery

A single 90-minute paid working session. We look at both the business and the actual workflow — known pain, known desire, the places where hours are disappearing, and the moves that would make the most difference. By the end, we identify one leverage area worth acting on and the right way to act on it. Or I either continue at no cost or refund you.

2. Applied Leverage

Whatever the right form of intervention turns out to be. Sometimes a workflow redesign is the whole answer. Sometimes a concrete system has to be built. Sometimes both. The shape is chosen because it fits the leverage — not because it fits a package.

3. Partnership, if earned

Only when ongoing work makes real sense. Never as a default. Most engagements do not become partnerships, and that is a feature.
