What it costs
Stating the price on the page is unusual for this kind of work. I do it because hiding pricing is a small dishonesty, and because a reader who can't afford this should be able to find that out in the first thirty seconds and go elsewhere without having to write an email to learn it.
The short answer
The first session is $950 USD. It takes 75–90 minutes, and it's real work — we identify one leverage area worth acting on and the right next step. If we don't, the session is free or refunded. There is no separate "fit call" and no free intro. The first real thing is paid work.
What happens after
If the first session points somewhere real, the next step takes one of three shapes.
A workflow upgrade. The answer is mostly a new way of working. You come out with a redesigned workflow, a written playbook, and enough fluency to run it yourself. Typical range: mid four figures.
A hybrid. Both a redesigned way of working and a concrete setup or first implementation done together. This is the most common shape. Typical range: low to mid five figures.
A system build. Something needs to exist that doesn't yet — a concrete system, asset, or automation, built end to end. Typical range: mid five figures.
These ranges are real and conservative. The exact number depends on the value of the change, not the hours it takes. I'll quote against a defensible value case — the one we build together in the first session — and you'll see the math.
Why I charge for the first session
Because paid work is real in a way free work isn't. Paid readers arrive differently, pay attention differently, and act on what they find. And because a good first session is valuable on its own — some clients never need a second engagement after it, and walk away with exactly what they came for. Making it free would mean making it worse.
The guarantee, again
If we don't find a meaningful leverage area and a real next step in the first session, it's free or refunded. After that, I work on a service guarantee: if we agree on a specific deliverable and you do your part, I keep working until it's complete.
If this is in range and the rest of the site fits your situation, write to me. Tell me enough that I can think.
