Leverage Discovery.

Leverage Discovery is the first paid session. Ninety minutes, one-on-one. We look at both the business and the actual workflow, and by the end we identify one leverage area worth acting on and the right way to act on it.

What happens

• Bonding and up-front contract. Ten minutes. The agreement that frames the session — what we are doing, what the possible conclusions are, fair on both sides.
• Business diagnosis. Twenty-five minutes. Known pain, known desire, what matters most right now.
• Optional bounded demo. Only if a direct felt sense of what AI can actually do in your world would help before we go deeper.
• Workflow walkthrough. Thirty minutes. How the work actually happens today, in one real example, from the moment it begins.
• Synthesis. Fifteen minutes. I reflect back the likely leverage points and where I think the biggest one is.
• Conceptual agreement. We confirm, in one specific sentence, what we both see. If we do not agree, we do not move forward.
• Next step. Ten minutes. Either we shape the next engagement live, or I send a short written proposal within 24 hours.

By the end of the session, we will have identified one leverage area worth acting on and the right way to act on it — or I will either continue at no cost or refund you.

Cost

$2,400 for the session.

What happens after

If the session surfaces real leverage and there is fit, I send a short written proposal within 24 hours. The next step is one of three shapes: a Workflow Upgrade, a System Build, or a Hybrid. Each is a different way to realize the same agreed leverage — not more or fewer hours. If no meaningful leverage emerges, there is no payment, by design.
