AI-Leverage

A practice · Jonathan Leung

Helping what matters most in your business move forward — with AI as a medium, not the point.

Most of what you will find about AI right now is generic. This is the opposite. The question is not whether AI matters — it clearly does. The question is where, in your specific work, a change would actually make a difference, and what that change looks like when it lands. That is the only question this practice is organized around.

What this is

This is a practice for founder-led people and teams who want AI to become a real lever inside the work they already care about. The center is not AI. The center is leverage — the one or two places in your actual workflow where a real change would open several others.

Sometimes that means teaching a better way to work. Sometimes it means redesigning a workflow so the drag comes out. Sometimes it means building something concrete that did not exist before. Often it means more than one of those at once. What it never is: generic advice applied sideways to your situation.

The unit of learning is not the lesson or the prompt pack. The unit is the person inside their real workflow — this founder, in this company, with these constraints, on these decisions, for these customers. That is why this work has to be custom, and why a course cannot substitute for it.

What this is not

A list belongs here because refusals position more cleanly than claims.

  • not generic AI coaching
  • not a course
  • not a prompt pack
  • not hourly advising
  • not a vague monthly retainer
  • not done-for-you without learning
  • not random software built for its own sake

How the work goes

Leverage Discovery. A single 75–90 minute working session, paid. We look at both the business side and the actual workflow. By the end we have identified one leverage area worth acting on and the right way to act on it — or I continue at no cost or refund you.

Applied Leverage. The real work after Discovery. It takes one of three forms depending on what the leverage calls for: a Workflow Upgrade (a redesigned way of working, taught to stick), a System Build (a concrete system, process, or asset created), or a Hybrid when both are needed. Pricing is shaped to the leverage and the intervention, not to hours.

Partnership. Only if earned, only after successful work together, only when ongoing leverage is real. Never a default.

Who this is for

This is for people who already want more from their work and are ready to turn AI into a real lever inside it. Owners, founders, consultants, principals — anyone whose work is worth amplifying. Especially strong for non-technical founders and leaders who want AI to become relevant to their specific use case rather than remain an abstract category.

If your work is worth amplifying and you arrive willing to look at it carefully — whether you arrive leaning forward or holding your breath — this is written for you.

What you actually pay for

The thing being bought is not sessions, not AI knowledge, not software. It is four things, in whatever proportions the work requires.

  • Clarified leverage — the one place where a change actually matters, made legible.
  • Redesigned workflow — the way the work is done, restructured so AI amplifies rather than adds friction.
  • Changed capacity — measurable movement in the day. Less drag, more range, less cognitive overhead.
  • Real carrying-forward — what mattered before the engagement now moves, reliably, without you holding all of it.

About

I’m Jonathan. I work with growth-minded owners on the part of their business where AI could actually matter. I come at the work from a background that combines technology, facilitation, and years spent paying attention to how people actually think and work — not just what they say they do. If this page reads like it was written for you, it probably was. If it does not, that is a useful signal too.

Leverage Discovery is the first paid session. Ninety minutes, one-on-one, with a real guarantee.
