Leverage Discovery.

One paid ninety-minute working session. Both the business and the actual workflow. By the end, one of three honest outcomes.

Discovery is a paid ninety-minute working session. We look at both the business side and your actual workflow, and by the end we identify one leverage area worth acting on and the right way to act on it — or we see there isn’t enough here, or we see that a narrower first pass is needed.

The session is paid up front because it is real work, not a sales conversation. You are buying a diagnosis, a plan, and a written summary — not an introduction. A Discovery with no leverage area found is a diagnosis too. That is why the guarantee exists.

Find the business leverage
What is painful, slow, expensive, stuck, or fragile — and where, inside that, a change would actually matter.
Find the workflow leverage
Where in the way you actually work today there is leverage hiding — context held in the head, repeated re-deciding, manual triage, fragmented tools, supervision gaps.
Identify one area worth acting on
Not a list. One. The one where a real change would create the most meaningful movement, and where the conditions for it to stick are actually present.
Decide the right next step
Whether that next step is a Workflow Upgrade, a Hybrid, a System Build, a narrower second pass, or nothing at all. Scope follows leverage, not the other way around.

The shape of the session is stable. I want you to know it before you arrive.

Within the next working day, you also receive a short written summary of what we found and what I recommend. That is included in the fee.

There are three honest outcomes. I want all three to feel like normal outcomes before we begin, because all three are.

We identify one leverage area worth acting on and the right next step. I send a short proposal within twenty-four hours. You decide.

We decide there isn’t enough here to justify the work. You leave with the written summary and a clearer read on your own situation.

We decide a narrower first pass is needed before anything else can be scoped. We agree on what that pass is and what it costs, or we don’t.

Fee and guarantee

$1,500 — the session, plus the written summary within one business day.

If by the end of the session no meaningful leverage area and right next step have emerged, I continue at no cost until they do, or refund the fee. This is the only guarantee the practice makes, and it is the right one here.

One real piece of work. A specific workflow, a specific decision, a specific bottleneck. Not a list of concerns and not a general question about AI.

The more specific, the more the session is worth. Bring the thing you would actually like to move.

Just to have this in writing: Discovery is $1,500, paid before the session. If no meaningful leverage area emerges, I continue at no cost until one does, or refund the fee. Any of the three possible conclusions is a valid outcome.
