This is not AI coaching, and it is not a course. It is applied work on one area of your business where a change would actually make a difference — starting with a ninety-minute session that identifies where that area is, and what form the work should take.
The first session is called a Leverage Discovery. It is paid, it is scheduled like any working meeting, and it ends with one of three honest outcomes: a leverage area worth acting on is identified and a next step is named, or we see there isn’t enough here to act on, or we see that a narrower first pass is needed. You bring one real piece of work. We look at it together.
Where this tends to start
The work tends to begin in one of a few specific places. The reader who recognises one of these usually already knows the territory.
Proposals that take longer than they should.
Research that keeps getting put off.
Lead follow-up that lives in the founder’s head.
Knowledge that other people on the team can’t find without asking.
Decisions that get stuck because there isn’t time to think them through.
Communication that has started to feel like a second job.
One of these is usually the real leverage. More often than a founder expects, it isn’t the one they arrived with. Part of the work of the first session is finding that out before anything else begins.
What this is not
This is not a general introduction to AI. If that is what you are looking for, there are better places than this.
This is not an hourly advisory arrangement. The commitment is to a real change, not to time spent in conversation.
This is not a monthly retainer that starts before the work is scoped. Discovery comes first, and nothing continues unless both sides see a reason.
This is not teaching for teaching’s sake. Teaching happens when it is the right intervention, and not when it isn’t.
