I help founder-led operators find the part of their work where a change would genuinely matter, and then I help them make that change real. Sometimes the work is teaching. Sometimes it is redesigning a workflow so AI can actually support it. Sometimes it is building a concrete system. The form depends on the leverage. The leverage is what the engagement is about.
I came to this work from a long stretch of doing it badly, then for several years doing it in a way I was ashamed of, and then, eventually, in a way I was not. The short version is: most of what is sold as AI consulting today is generic education dressed up as intervention, and most of what is sold as intervention skips the diagnostic step that would have made the intervention fit. I am more interested in the diagnostic step than in the intervention, which sometimes surprises people who have hired me expecting the latter.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. I choose them carefully, because this work depends on attention that is not diluted. My best engagements are with founder-led people whose work is already worth amplifying — not because the work is flawless, but because the center of it is theirs and they have earned the right to keep it theirs as they grow.
I do not take on new work that sits outside what I am actually good at. If a conversation makes it clear that the fit is wrong, I will say so plainly and, where possible, point you somewhere better suited. I write when there is something worth writing. I do not publish on a schedule.
