Most founders do not need more generic information about AI. They need someone to look at how they actually work — where too much is being held in their head, where friction has ossified into habit, where one specific change would open several others — and then to make that change real. The work sometimes looks like teaching. Sometimes like redesigning a workflow. Sometimes like building something concrete. Often it is a combination. The decision of which form is part of the work itself.
Engagements begin with one paid Discovery session. Ninety minutes, structured carefully. At the end we will have identified one leverage area worth acting on and the right way to act on it — or we will have decided there isn’t enough there, or there is, but we need a narrower second pass. If we do not find a meaningful leverage area, I will either continue at no cost or refund the fee.
