If you would like to work together, the first step is a Discovery session.

Ninety minutes. $2,500, paid in advance. Scheduled after a short written exchange so I can make sure the shape of your situation is one I can actually help with.

By the end of the session, we will have identified one leverage area worth acting on and the right way to act on it. If we do not, I will either continue at no cost until we do, or refund the fee.

I reply within two business days. If it looks like a fit, we schedule the session and I send the invoice. If it does not, I’ll say so plainly and, where possible, point you somewhere better suited.
